Established in early 2010 in the northwest section of the city along Kentucky Highway 329, the subdivision is situated on 41 acres of rolling hills and green space, and features a variety of one, one and a half, and two-story homes.
Homebuyers will fall in love with Brentwood's relaxed, small-town environment, access to excellent schools, and a short distance from one of the biggest cultural hubs in Kentucky, Louisville. If a park life is more your speed, then near Brentwood lies Briar Hill Park. The park offers a walking trail, picnic shelters, and a playground, all perfect for a family outing. Briar Hill also has tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball courts for those with competitive spirits.
Finally, golfers can work on their swing at the driving ranges of Golden Tee Driving Range and Golf Experience, then take what they've learned for a quick round of nine at Sleepy Hollow Golf Course in nearby Prospect.
